Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Egg Harbor, NJ, is seeking a donor screener/phlebotomist to join our plasma donation center team. You will greet donors, screen them for eligibility, take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and maintain accurate donor records using our Donor Information System.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will support center operations, ensure donor safety, and contribute to a patient-focused mission delivering life-changing therapies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using approved procedures.
• Support center operations across varying shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
