Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a dedicated part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations in Deptford, NJ. You will conduct donor screening, collect samples, and maintain donor records while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shift scheduling coordinated in advance. This position emphasizes safety, reliability, and donor care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Lifts up to 5 lbs with occasional heavier items up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes following approved procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
