Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations. You will handle donor interactions, perform health checks, and document donor information as part of routine plasma collection activities.

We require a high school diploma and the ability to stand for long periods, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to ensure safety and quality in patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for full shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Be available for donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
