Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the full shift.
• Prolonged glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Coordinate donor information in the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records.
