Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors ensuring safety and courtesy.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
