You will work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with paid training and a focus on reliable donor care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts with accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
