As a plasma donor screener, you will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and support center operations using the Donor Information System.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with gloves required.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
