Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety during shifts.
• Screen donors, record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation using the information system.
