Job summary

BioLife is offering a truly part-time role in the USA (TX, Waco) where you will screen plasma donors and perform phlebotomy to support center operations. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with a paid, interactive training program to start.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and help ensure donor safety, record donor data, and coordinate donor compensation while adapting to a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
