Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Texas (Waco) seeks a dedicated part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy helper to support center operations and donor safety. You will work 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid training and flexible scheduling designed to fit a busy life while delivering compassionate, reliable donor service.

This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare support and contributes to life-changing medicines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per company procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
