Job summary

BioLife in Burleson, TX, is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener to support center operations and donor care. You will perform phlebotomy, donor screening, and charting under the Plasma Center Manager, contributing to a high-quality donor experience.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service, with shifts 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and paid training to start.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk or stand for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 5 lbs with occasional lifts up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception and sensing equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts, use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
