Job summary

BioLife in Lewisville, TX is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will greet donors, screen for safety, record vital signs, and assist center operations with donor compensation.

Training is provided and, as part of a larger mission, you will support high-quality patient-focused care. You report to the Plasma Center Manager, work diverse shifts including weekends and holidays, and contribute to a fast-paced team dedicated to reliable donor services and community

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
