Job summary

BioLife, a Takeda company, is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist in Columbus, OH. Most shifts are 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. The role focuses on donor screening, phlebotomy, and delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

You will greet donors, record vital signs, coordinate donor compensation, and help improve center processes. Benefits start Day 1, and on-demand pay is available, along with education support and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and records.
• Support center operations and participate in shift coverage.
