Zusammenfassung

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support in Middletown, OH. You will greet donors, perform screening, and process donor data while ensuring safety and quality.

You will work 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, including weekends, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits program available. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful as you support plasma center operations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
