Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally and rarely 50 lbs.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take vital signs.
• Help identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills

Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift

Fine motor coordination

1 or more years minimum experience in a customer-facing role

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
