Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for the shift.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional heavier lifting up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on their needs while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
