Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Middletown, OH is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy assistant. You will greet donors, screen them, and collect vital signs while maintaining donor safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
