Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Colorado Springs is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener. The role includes phlebotomy support and customer service, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided.

You will answer phones, screen donors, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation. Weekend, holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• At least 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
