Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety during visits.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Support center improvements and adapt to schedule changes.
