Job summary

BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, record vitals, and coordinate donor compensation using the Donor Information System. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

You will participate in a paid interactive training program and support center operations, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle materials up to 32 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vitals and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
