Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen them, perform vital signs and finger sticks, and handle donor information with accuracy. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
