Job summary

BioLife Plasma is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to join our center in Kyle, TX. You will work 4–6 hours per day, 3 or more days weekly, with a focus on donor safety and high‑quality service.

Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are valued as part of our team. Prior patient or donor-facing experience is helpful, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer/patient-facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
