Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Houston is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties to support plasma center operations. Shifts are 4–6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer- or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Possible glove-wear due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
