Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties to support center operations in Universal City, TX. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with mornings/evenings and weekend work as required.

You will screen donors, record vital signs, and assist with donor compensation while ensuring donor and staff safety. The role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within a patient-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs intermittently.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to center procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
