Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy assistant for our Spring, TX center. You will greet donors, screen them, record vitals, and support center operations across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Paid, interactive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor charts.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support center operations and suggest process improvements.
