BioLife Plasma Centers in Kyle, TX is seeking a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will engage donors, perform screening and phlebotomy tasks, and help maintain donor records with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays with shifts of 4–6 hours. The team emphasizes reliability and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• One or more years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
