Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to join our center. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs, and ensure safety and accuracy in donor documentation.

The role emphasizes reliability during scheduled hours and strong customer service in a high-volume environment. Flexibility is key: you may work 4–6 hours per day, several days per week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk and stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• At least 1 year of customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes.
• Support donors across a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
