Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support center operations. This second-shift role involves phlebotomy duties, donor screening, and maintaining donor records with careful attention to safety and service standards.

You will work 4–6 hours per shift, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays. The position emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and strong customer service in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Prior experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support shifts, including weekends and holidays.
