Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen for eligibility, record vital signs, and perform phlebotomy as needed.

This role emphasizes reliability and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 4–6 hour shifts and a paid training program designed to help you start strong in this life-changing work at

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach above shoulders.
• Current license or certification CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT in the state of work.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety and good service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to support donors.
