Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer- or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Able to walk or stand for the shift; flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
