Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand or walk for the shift; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Record donor vital signs, finger stick results, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Maintain donor charts and use Donor Information System; support center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
