Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring part-time plasma donor screeners. You will perform phlebotomy and donor screening to support plasma center operations, while delivering high-quality customer service. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

You will be trained through a paid program and participate in ongoing safety protocols, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. This position emphasizes reliability and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
