Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Notary License preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high touch client experience.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Refer clients to appropriate partners to help achieve financial objectives.
• Identify and resolve routine client needs while escalating non-standard issues internally.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
