TD is seeking a part-time Branch Associate in Springfield, MA to deliver friendly, accurate everyday banking services. You will greet clients, process transactions, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships while guiding clients through TD’s digital tools and products.

As a trusted guide, you will uphold TD’s risk and regulatory standards, educate clients, and refer them to appropriate partners to help achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador level service and relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to establish trust from the initial engagement.

• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and long-term goals.
