Responsabilidades

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Performs accurate, everyday banking transactions and identifies client needs.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-service options.
• Recommends solutions and refers clients to partners to achieve financial goals.
• Handles routine client requests within standard procedures and escalates non-standard issues.
• Orchestrates client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals.
• Delivers consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD's service strategy.
• Creates personalized client-first interactions to establish trust and deepen relationships.
• Maintains compliance with policies and risk standards and protects client relationships.
