Job summary

Berendsen Fluid Power in Tulsa, Oklahoma, seeks a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Admin to independently process payroll for US and Canada operations, about 24 hours per week. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies.

The role requires experience with Paycom and strong Excel skills. Collaboration with HR and Finance, confidentiality, and meticulous record-keeping are essential in this critical function.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a payroll environment.
• Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for US and Canada operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.
• Enter and verify data in Paycom and reconcile payroll information.
• Produce tax payments and payroll reports for federal, state and local laws.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve errors promptly.
