Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing for biweekly and monthly cycles, data entry in Paycom, and resolving payroll inquiries. Collaboration with HR and Finance is essential for accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of payroll experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Experience with multi-state payroll is preferred.
• Proficiency in Paycom and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end US and Canada payroll biweekly and monthly timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.
• Enter and verify data in Paycom; manage PTO accruals and changes.
• Prepare payroll tax payments and regulatory filings.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and verifications.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.
