Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a part-time Payroll Processor to manage weekly payroll inputs with precision under the supervision of the Payroll Manager. The role combines on-site collaboration in Denver two days per week with remote work for remaining hours.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of payroll processing experience, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with Paycom and Workday. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of payroll processing experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with Paycom and Workday preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll inputs accurately and on schedule.
• Respond to routine payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Payroll Manager.
• Verify benefit deduction changes with HR.
• Perform standard payroll reconciliations prior to each pay run.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
• Support payroll audits and ad hoc reports as needed.
