Job summary

Sunseeker Property Service seeks a Part-Time Contract Paycom Specialist to support payroll processing, HRIS management, and compliance. This in-person role will audit configurations, streamline modules, and train staff to maximize Paycom adoption.

You will configure workflows, build time-card profiles, and develop training materials for varied user levels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Paycom experience, strong payroll and GL knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Paycom configuration, implementation, and management.
• Experience taking companies from basic usage to full module utilization.
• Deep understanding of payroll tax laws, GL mapping, and time/attendance logic.
• Excellent instructional skills and ability to explain complex workflows to non-technical staff.
• Ability to manage timelines independently and interface with stakeholders.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit current payroll configuration, GL tracking, and employee data to identify gaps or errors.
• Resolve data mapping issues and clean up historical records for stability.
• Configure and deploy underutilized Paycom modules and features.
• Design and implement end-to-end Paycom workflows and customize time-card profiles and scheduling rules.
• Create custom HR/payroll reports, fields, and dashboards for analytics.
• Develop client-specific training materials and guides for different user tiers.
• Lead live training sessions for system administrators, managers, and staff to ensure adoption.
