United Community Center in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Bilingual - HR Systems & Learning Specialist to manage Paycom employee data, process changes, and data quality. You will coordinate staff development, training calendars, surveys, and HR reporting while supporting users and implementing system improvements.

The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish professional with 3+ years in HR systems, records, and processes, plus experience in training materials and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least three years of relevant HR experience, including HR systems, employee records, or personnel transactions.
• Experience coordinating staff training and documenting or improving processes.
• Experience with HR information systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written, required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate employee information in Paycom, including position, department, supervisor, employment status, and other HR records.
• Process approved Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and other updates; verify approvals and dates.
• Coordinate with HR, supervisors, and Payroll to resolve discrepancies affecting records or payroll.
• Audit employee files and Paycom records for accuracy and completeness; verify against documentation.
• Prepare and validate recurring HR reports; summarize trends for HR Director.
• Help employees and supervisors use Paycom functions and troubleshoot issues.
• Support testing and implementation of HR system changes.
