Job summary

LHH is partnering with a client in Colfax to hire a part-time HR/Benefits Coordinator who will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The contract-to-hire role requires HR and benefits enrollment experience, with Paycom familiarity considered a plus.

Primary duties include assisting with benefits enrollment, adding new hires to Paycom, and handling I-9s and LOA requests, while maintaining employee files and ensuring accurate payroll details.

Qualifications

• Must have part-time schedule
• Must have HR/benefit enrollment experience, preferably within a manufacturing company
• Strong communication skills, willingness to help employees and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with annual benefits enrollment
• Provide assistance with enrollment and selecting plan options through Paycom for hourly/salary employees
• Add new hires to Paycom for benefits/payroll
• Manage and track employee files
• Process I-9’s
• Process FMLA and LOA requests
