Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of customer service, general office or receptionist vocational training experience required; preferably in the medical field.
• Minimum one year of telephone or switchboard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line in customer service and public relations for the clinic.
• Make appointments for patients and verify insurance information.
• Maintain accurate, orderly schedules for clinic physicians.
• Assist with front office PSR duties as needed.
• May require travel to off-site clinics.
• Perform other duties as needed.
