Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Clinical Support Representative to anticipate and meet the needs of patients, LLUH staff, and the public. You will receive and answer patient questions, register patients, and schedule appointments using LLUMC systems.

You will also use PACS or OncoChart to match images to patients, apply X‑ray knowledge for non-medical inquiries, and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of customer service or related experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate and meet patient, staff, and public needs.
• Receive and answer patient questions, comments or complaints.
• Obtain patient demographics, insurance and guarantor information for registration.
• Schedule patients' appointments and enter data into LLUMC systems.
• Use PACS/OncoChart to match images or documents to patients, and apply X-ray knowledge for non-medical inquiries.
