Job summary

Proliance Surgeons in Kirkland, WA seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the first contact for patients and families. You will handle appointment scheduling, check-in, insurance verification, forms processing and coordination with physicians and medical assistants.

You’ll work 20 hours per week (Thursday and Friday, 2x10s day shift). The role requires excellent customer service, data accuracy, and strict HIPAA compliance; prior front office or medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of public-facing experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Front office or reception experience preferred; medical practice experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, vendors and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule patient appointments, check-in and verify information.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and manage consent forms in practice management systems.
• Enter patient and financial information accurately while protecting privacy (HIPAA).
• Coordinate with physicians, medical assistants and staff to support patient flow.
• Handle calls via multiline system, direct messages and schedule appointments per policy.
