Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, scheduling, and eligibility verification. This role requires greeting patients, handling insurance checks, and facilitating accurate data entry in EMR systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in public contact, preferably in a medical office, with strong customer service and communication skills; a high school diploma is required. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:30am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and on the phone.

• Enter information accurately in the practice management and EMR systems.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and appointments.
