Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer service, insurance, or healthcare preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent telephone and computer skills with professional speaking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between patients, families, medical staff and administrative staff.
• Obtain and confirm demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries and messages to appropriate parties.
• Assist patients with financial inquiries, payments and co-pays.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Process daily batch deposits and related processing.
