Responsibilities

• Insurance: enter insurance data accurately and verify eligibility.
• Complex appointment scheduling: schedule time-sensitive appointments in Epic.
• QA/coverage: support other outpatient areas and maintain skills through coverage.
• Customer service: ensure positive patient experiences per professional standards.
• Template management: maintain Epic scheduling templates for multiple locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist with training materials.
