Qualifications

• One to two years of administrative experience.

• Ability to document customer situations clearly and accurately.
• Ability to listen, process transactions and interact with customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments.
• Answer and triage inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Maintain patient records securely and confidentially.
• Coordinate scheduling and prepare charts for appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks and cross-train in other departments.
• Keep the front desk organized and welcoming at all times.
