Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments to optimize resources.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Monitor schedule daily and backfill open slots to maintain efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients; handle calls and inquiries.
• Input patient data into the EMR and maintain records.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and staff to ensure smooth flow.
• Provide a warm, empathetic patient experience.
