Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy in the Northeast is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive patient experience through excellent service.

You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle registrations, discuss insurance, and help collect balances while supporting a fast-paced clinical office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities
